Services Provided - Statutory Accounts

Every Limited Company and Limited Liability Partnership has the legal requirement to file a report and accounts at Companies House that complies with the Companies Act 2006.  Failure to do so on time leads to automatic penalties.

We will prepare your Statutory Accounts for presentation to Shareholders and HM Revenue and Customs ensuring that they are fully compliant and submitted before the last submission date.

These are available however to the public and competitors.  We can assist you to fulfil these legal responsibilities while ensuring that only the minimum amount of information is available to competitors by preparing Abbreviated Accounts for submission to Companies House.
